HAZEL I. ADAMS of Chesaning





 

 

Age 81, passed away Sunday evening, August 22, 2010 at the Chesaning Nursing Care Center. She was born on June 27, 1929 in Pigeon. Her parents were James and Hazel (Horn) Ellis. She was retired from GM Steering Gear. She loved the Detroit Tigers and going to the casino.

She is survived by her husband, Don; her children, Debbie (Ed) Rierson, of Corunna. York (Nora) Lynch, Florida. Diane (Tim) Brady, Chesaning. Pam (Gregg) Maike, Chesaning. and Brian (Phyllis) Adams, of Las Vegas; daughter-inlaw, Gini Lynch, of Owosso; 14 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and one great-greatgrandchild; her brothers and sisters, Ann Bush, of Saginaw, Jeanne (Bill) Tilghman, of Florida, Pat Ellis, of California, Ginny (Ted) Berg, of California, Keith (Ann) Ellis, of Texas, and Richard Ellis, of St.Charles; Sisters-in-law, Marva Ellis, of Chesaning, and Delores Ellis. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Lloyd and Dean Ellis; her son, Daniel Lynch; and her first husband, Frank Lynch.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church in Chesaning. Pastor Mark G. Johnston officiated, with burial at Wildwood Cemetery, Chesaning. Arrangements were entrusted to the Misiuk Funeral Home of Chesaning. www.misiuk funeral.com.
