Amman Amman Shelby Laynne Amman recently earned her master’s degree in psychology with specialization in applied behavior analysis. She graduated with honors and the president’s award form Capella University in New Orleans, La. Amman received her bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University. She is employed at Health Call in Royal Oak, and is the founder and operator of Behavioral Services, which provides diagnostic applied behavior analysis therapy for children diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorder. Amman is the daughter of Ted Amman, formerly of Chesaning, and Lisa Amman, of Farmington Hills. She is the granddaughter of Elaine Amman, of Chesaning.

Harrison Ervin, of Chesaning, received the I.W. Thompson Automotive Award during Northwood University’s annual honors convo- cation ceremony held on Sunday, April 29.
