BRADLEY MICHAEL BARRON, of Montrose, 49, died Friday, April 6, 2018 at his home. Brad was born on October 22, 1968 in Saginaw, to Robert and Catherine (Diem) Barron. He grew up in Montrose and graduated from Montrose Hill-McCloy High School with the class of 1987. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was an animal lover. Brad was an avid fan of the Detroit Tigers, Lions and Redwings. He loved to spend time with his family, especially his children. Brad’s gentle and sweet nature will be missed terribly by those that knew him but his strong faith in God sustained him through life’s struggles and comforts those he left behind. Family and friends are also comforted with the knowledge that Bradley is rejoicing in heaven with loved ones who preceded him.

Surviving are his children, Shalynne (Corky) Hickmott, and Trevor Barron; parents, Robert and Catherine Barron; siblings, Robert Barron, Jason (Angela) Barron, Matthew Barron, Kimberly Barron, and Dawn (David) Elsner; special friends, Deven Fry and Joseph Fellows; 17 nieces and nephews; and three loved great nieces. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Margeret Elaine Diem.

Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial luncheon will be held from 1-4 p.m. on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at the Montrose Masonic Temple in Montrose. Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation. Arrangements were entrusted to the O’Guinn Family Funeral Homes, Montrose Chapel.
