The ground breaking was attended by representatives of the Montrose Police Department, Montrose Fire Department, the Montrose Township Board, Montrose Township staff, the contractor, architect, Brent Run Landfill, and several others. This is an artist’s rendering of the new Montrose Township Police Fire Administration building. The township has taken out a loan with USDA Rural Development not to exceed $5 million to build the structure.
