Book Discussion Group: Our selection for the February book discussion is The Life We Bury by Allen Eskens. Stop by the library and pick up a copy, then join us on Wednesday, Feb. 15, at 7 p.m. for discussion and refreshments!
Story Time: We still have a couple openings available for our Tuesday morning Toddler Time story hour which begins at 10:30 a.m. Former Kindergarten teacher Janet Godfrey leads the
children in stories, songs and simple crafts.
Fundraisers: The Chesaning Area Friends of the Library have their 2017 Reading Between the Vines tickets on sale. This event will be held on Saturday, April 8. Tickets are $25 per person or $40 per couple. All tickets are available at the library.
Winter Hours: Monday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Tuesday 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., Wednesday closed, Thursday 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., Friday closed, Saturday 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Please note: In case of inclement weather, it may be necessary for us to close.

The Winter Reading Program runs now through Feb. 24, for all ages. Patrons may pick up their reading records at the library or online. All completed reading records must be submitted by 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, to be included in the grand prize drawings.
The adult coloring group meets the first and third Friday of every month from 10 a.m. to noon. The next adult coloring group session is
Friday, Feb. 17.
The Hook and Needle group will meet on Tuesday, Feb. 28, at 1 p.m. New members are welcome.
If the library is closed due to inclement weather, the closing will be posted on ABC 12, NBC 25, and WNEM TV5. The library does not close automatically if the public schools are closed.
Hours of Operation: Monday – Thursday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday closed.
