A certified massage therapist, physical therapist assistant, personal trainer, and a natural health practitioner, Mary Turnwald is the owner/operator of True Touch Therapeutics. For the past three years, she studied at the Naturopathic Institute in Mt. Pleasant pursuing her doctorate degree in naturopathy.

Turnwald specializes in therapeutic massage, homeopathic remedies, herbs, bach flowers, essential oils, vitamins & minerals, as well as providing natural health consultations.

“I use very non-invasive and painless ways to determine imbalances and weakness in the body,” Turnwald explained, “I use a very hands-on approach to find imbalances and muscle problems. I like to determine what’s causing the problem. Then I treat the root cause, not just the symptoms.”

She uses craniosacral to align the central nervous system. This technique is wonderful for migraine headaches and for the general feeling of “something just not being right in the body.” These people can usually find relief with craniosacral.
