Monday, May 10: Meatloaf with mushroom gravy,
mashed potatoes, sweet peas and pearl onions,
wheat roll, margarine, sliced peaches and milk.
Tuesday, May 11: Oven fried chicken, redskin
potatoes, brussels sprouts, rye roll, margarine,
dessert cup and juice.
Wednesday, May 12: Stuffed green peppers with
ground beef and rice, steamed cauliflower, mixed
fruit, potato roll, margarine and milk.
Thursday, May 13: Honey roasted ham with
pineapples, sweet potatoes, green beans, sour
dough roll and margarine, apple and juice.
Friday, May 14: Macroni and cheese, spinach,
stewed tomatoes, corn muffin, margarine, fruit
filled cookie and milk.

Monday, May 10: Roast turkey, European vegetables,
stuffing, cranberry relish, whole wheat bread
and blushing pear half.
Tuesday, May 11: Glazed chicken quarters, roasted,
quartered redskins, marinated carrots, fresh
grapes and chocolate milk.
Wednesday, May 12: Sweet and sour meatballs,
carrots, brown rice, whole wheat bread and oatmeal
raisin cookie.
Thursday, May 13: Macaroni and cheese, herbed
green beans, stewed tomatoes, whole wheat
bread and red delicious apple.

Key West blend, whole wheat bread and

• Join us for Senior Power Day on Wednesday,
May 26, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Crossroads
Village. The day will include lunch, Genesee
County senior expo, entertainment and bingo.
Tickets are available now at $3 each.
Transportation is available. For more information
call (810) 639-2822 or inquire at the Montrose
Senior Center.
• The Montrose Senior Center presents a trip to
the Motor City Casino on Tuesday, June 15. The
cost is $19 per person (40 people and over, $14
per person), and includes round trip motor coach
transporation stocked with bottled water, and five
hours of gaming at Motor City Casino ($25 players

card). The coach departs the Montrose Senior
Center at 9 a.m., is at Motor City Casino from
11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and returns to the senior
center at 6 p.m. The reservation deadline is June
8, and full payment is due upon sign-up. No refund
unless a replacement is found. Limit 29 seats (call
if more seats are needed). Participants must be at
least 21 years of age and have a valid ID. Full
name with complete address and date of birth are
required. Casino incentives can change without

• Join us for Attorney/Law Day on Wednesday,
May 12 at 1 p.m. Attorney John Zintmaster will be
here to brief us. Learn about the advantages of

• On May 13 we would like to have a nice group
of people for lunch this day. The health department
will be here to demonstrate the proper use of a
food thermometer. You will receive one to take
home. They will be here at 12:30 p.m., after you
finish lunch.
• On May 19 please bring something to use for the
calk walk prizes.
• The Chesaning Young at Heart Club is taking
seniors on a trip to Turkeyville on Saturday, July
17, by way of Skyline Charters. The bus leaves the
senior center at 8 a.m. We will make a stop at
McDonald’s for coffee. The cost of the trip is $40,
which is for the bus, dinner at Turkeyville, and the
play, “Ring of Fire”, a tribute to Johnny Cash.
There is a flea market on the grounds that day.

Brady Senior Center

• Hours are now 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday
through Friday. The Brady Center seniors welcome
those who are 60 years old and older to join
them for daily activities. The Brady Senior Center
no longer offers transportation due to budget cuts.
Center participants are asked to call ahead for
meal planning purposes.

Albee Senior Friends

Albee Senior Friends meet for activities from 10
a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesdays at the Albee
Community Center. Registration is not required.
People who wish to participate may bring a friend.
Programs change weekly.
