ALICE M. QUADERER of Chesaning Age 80, passed away peacefully on Thursday morning, March 18, 2010. She was born on January 25, 1931 in Saginaw County, the daughter of the late Delbert and Evelyn (Bredamus) Louch. She married William Quaderer on November 10, 1951. He preceded her in death on June 9, 2001. Alice was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Maple Grove. She enjoyed playing cards, gardening and spending time with her family. Surviving are six children, Marilyn (Curt) Kimball, of Marietta, Ga., Ed (Marie) Quaderer, of Chesaning, Janet (Ron) Sommerville, of Thomas Station, Tenn., Linda (George) Rutherford, of Portland, Susan (Rick) Perry, of Mt Pleasant, and Barbara (Ronald) Wisniewski, of Flushing; five grandchildren, Ryan and Shelby Quaderer, Andrew and Wendy Rutherford and Neil Kimball; two sisters, Laura Quaderer and Shirley (Lloyd Jr.) Potter, of Chesaning. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill. Funeral liturgy will be held on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at 11 a.m. at the St. Michael Catholic Church, Maple Grove. Fr. T.J. Fleming will officiate, with burial in St. Michael Cemetery. Friends may call at the Walker-Martin Funeral Home, Chesaning on Sunday, March 21, 2010 from 6 to 9 p.m., and on Monday, March 22, 2010 from noon to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m., then at church on Tuesday after 10 a.m. A scripture service will be held at 7 p.m. and the Knights of Columbus Rosary at 8 p.m. Monday. www.W martinfuneralhome.com. |
