Monday, Nov. 2: Beef chili macaroni casserole, steamed carrots, green beans, wheat roll, margarine and milk.

Tuesday, Nov. 3: Turkey vegetable soup with diced turkey, mixed vegetables, lettuce and tomatoes, corn tostum, margarine and juice.

Wednesday, Nov. 4: Stuffed green peppers with ground beef, sliced beets, potato roll, margarine, cookie and milk.

Thursday, Nov. 5: Salisbury steak with gravy, parsely potatoes, mixed vegetables, wheat roll, margarine and juice.

Friday, Nov. 6: Baked crusted fish, au gratin potatoes, cole slaw, multi-grain roll, margarine, lemon pks., and milk.

Stay Safe! Come and join us in a self defense demonstration on Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 3 p.m. at the Montrose Senior Center. This demo is geared for seniors to help them “get away” and “stay safe” if they need to defend themselves. The Montrose Senior Center Annual Turkey Potluck will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 17 at noon. Turkey and dressing, and mashed potatoes and gravy will be provided. Please bring a dish to pass. Make reservations now at (810) 639-2822.

The Chesaning Young at Heart Club is having a silent auction which will run from Nov. 2 through Dec. 16. It will end at our Christmas party on Dec. 16. Donations from the community would be greatly appreciated, and area folks are welcome to come in and bid on items. Proceeds are used to help fund our senior center activities.

Hours are now 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Brady Center seniors welcome those who are 60 years old and older to join them for daily activities. The Brady Senior Center no longer offers transportation due to budget cuts. Center participants are asked to call ahead for meal planning purposes. Monday, Nov. 2: Bid euchre; puzzles. Tuesday, Nov. 3: Bid euchre; puzzles. Wednesday, Nov. 4: Bid euchre; puzzles. Thursday, Nov. 5: Bingo; bid euchre; puzzles. Friday, Nov. 6 Bid euchre; puzzles.

Albee Senior Friends

10645 East Road (M-13), Burt Albee Senior Friends meet for activities from 10 a.m. to 2 P.M. Wednesdays at the Albee Community Center. Registration is not required. People who wish to participate may bring a friend. Programs change weekly.
